Equity Audit

The Equity Audit is an equity, diversity, inclusion, healing justice, and liberation  assessment tool that illuminates an organization’s current reality and provides strategic direction for the path forward. Through the tool, CDE analyzes an institution’s current actions and what it is not yet doing, and then recommends practical, strategic and feasible next steps. The Equity Audit includes a comprehensive checklist of diversity actions and interviews and/or focus groups that reveal root challenges and opportunities.
